STAFFED HOURS
Monday - Thursday: 5am-12pm and 5pm-6:30pm
Friday: 5am-10am and 5pm-6:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am-10am
PERSONAL TRAINING
All PT sessions include progress tracking through weights, sets and reps, as well as form and posture correction
1:1 - 45 minutes
$55 for a one-on-one session
2:1 - 45 minutes
$80 ($40 each) for a two-on-one session
1:1 - 60 minutes
$65 for a one-on-one session
2:1 - 60 minutes
$100 ($50 each) for a two-on-one session
