About Me - Chelsea Quinton
Hey everyone! Thank you for visiting The Vault Gym's website. If you're looking for a gym in the Tooradin area, or an online coach from the comfort of your own home, then have a read of my bio and learn more about me.
I have been a personal trainer since 2015. I have my Certificate III and IV from the Australian Institute of Fitness and received my Master Trainer qualification. I also have a range of certificates including Punchfit (boxing), Understanding Basic Nutrition and Pre and Post Natal Exercise.
I live with my 2 daughters, Cora and Ivy, and my husband Jason.
As a mum of 2, I love to help mums re-gain their confidence and strength after having a baby. I also help men and women of all ages achieve their goals through customised training, support and education.
After having my second baby, I felt weak and foreign in my body. My pregnancy was rough and my mental health was deteriorating. Being a Personal Trainer, I knew what I needed to do to change. I focused on myself, made a plan and was consistent. Each day I slowly felt better, stronger and more confident within myself. The benefits of exercising and eating well are endless. I know how hard it can be to focus on yourself when you have kids to look after. But if you just give yourself 1 hour a day to do something for YOU, you won’t regret it.
I have built this business from the ground up and I am extremely passionate. I am very proud and grateful for the community I have created and I’m so glad you get to experience it.
My mission is to create a safe space where everyone is welcome. Everyone needs an outlet. Somewhere to express their energy and emotions. A social outlet, physical outlet, emotional outlet. This is not just a gym. We are a community.
Here at The Vault Gym, we increase fitness, we gain muscle, we lose weight, we increase confidence, we feel better, we make lifelong friends, we sweat, laugh and cry together.
I wanted to create a space where kids are also welcome. I want to show my girls that exercise is fun and enjoyable. I want them to experience the gym environment and all the benefits of exercise. I want to create healthy habits for the little people, so they grow up healthy, strong and confident.
My ultimate mission is for YOU to feel CONFIDENT, STRONG and COMFORTABLE in your body. I aim to provide the best environment for you to do that.
