About the owners - Chelsea and Jason Quinton
Chelsea and Jason have been in the gym scene since they were teenagers. Chelsea was qualified in 2015 and Jason in 2023. We have 2 girls - Cora and Ivy. We are Powerlifters and love to compete in competitions, Jason competing at the National level.
We wanted to create a gym to give the community an outlet. Somewhere to express their energy and emotions. It can be a social outlet, physical outlet, emotional outlet. We can lose weight, gain muscle, increase fitness. We can feel better within ourselves and feel more confident. We can make lifelong friends. We can sweat, laugh and cry together.
The gym can be life changing. It can help pull people out of dark places. It can give them a reason to get out of the house.
Building muscle, becoming healthier and being more confident in your body is the BEST feeling. And we want others to be able to experience that too. To be able to feel their absolute best, with the benefits of exercise.
It’s not just a gym. It’s a community. A space where everyone is welcome. We can’t wait to welcome you!
