About the owner - Chelsea Quinton

I have been a personal trainer since 2015. I am extremely passionate about helping women and mums gain their confidence back, get fit and strong.

Being a mum of 2, I have had my own struggles with my health and fitness. I want to help you find your confidence and strength again. I want you to realise how GOOD you can feel when you look after your body with proper nutrition and exercise. Looking after yourself and investing in your health and fitness is the best decision you will ever make. To live a long and healthy life, running around with your kids, being injury and disease free. These are all the reasons I do what I do.

I specialise in weight loss and strength training. When you work with me, you cannot fail. If you stick with the process, you will achieve your goals.
